The White Rose Crafts Team want to wish you a Happy New Year.  To celebrate the last few hours of the year I decided to create a little card to ring out the old and in the new!

I pulled out the Wild Rose Studio stamp set Bella’s Party and colored it up using m brand new polychromos colored pencil.
