Hey everyone…I am back with day 3 of Craftin Desert Divas November Release Event. If you haven’t checked in on their Facebook Event page do so because there is so much happening there you don’t want to miss.
I have the privilege of sharing one of CDD’s new stamp sets and one of their brand new dies. So without further ado, let’s jump right in.
I have by dying to share this card ever since I made it. Not only do I absolutely adore this card, but this new Winter Fairies stamp set is so special. Just look at these gorgeous Fairies. They are decked out in their best warm wear and ready for some snow play.
I colored up this scene with my copic markers, using a white gel pen to create the snow on the trees and the flakes falling through the sky. I also used my glitter gel pen to add a touch of sparkled to the magic.
I really hope you like this card as much as I do.
My second card today is showing off the new die, Snowflake Scribble Die. Not only does this die, die cut a fun snowflake scribble circle, but it leaves on the negative a great stitched pattern.
To create this card I blended some Nuvo Mouse in Pure Platinum onto the A2 card frame. Then using both a sheet of white cardstock and a sheet of teal card stock, I die cut with the new die five times. I laid down the negative of the white card stock over the blended card. Then using my glossy accents I glued back in the scribble snowflakes onto the card. I added a sentiment from the Holiday Trolls stamp set. Finally using some nuvo drops in Morning Dew, Wedgewood, and Ebony Black.
