So it has been a really long time since I feel like I have played along with Cupcake Inspirational Challenges bi weekly challenge, but I am back and ready to go.

This week’s challenge is a color challenge with the colors Pink, Yellow, and Blue, and since this is such a weird and strange time, I decided to play around and have a little fun, making a card that looks sweet and innocent, but really isn’t.

I started my project today by using two shades of pink alcohol ink (one traditional and one pearl) and a shade of peal blue on some Yupo paper.

Then I stamped out three floral images and only colored in the flower with a combination of yellow copics.  I fussy cut out each image.

I then added the two uncolored leaves to my project using adhesive tape.

Overlapping the two leaves I added the colored flower.

Finally, using some Stazon, I added the sentiment from a Funny Bones stamp.  Ugh..stamping on Yupo is so hard.

Despite my poor stamping, I love how this card came out.  It is so pretty, and yet makes me smile cause it is funny.
