There is a brand new color challenge up over at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.  This week we are looking for the colors Red, Green and Brown.

I went with a simply blend of Distress Oxides to create this color palette.  I used Pine Needles, Lucky Charm, Frayed Burlap, Vintage Photo, Festive Berries, and Aged Mahogany.  I spritzed a little water over the blended ink to add some interest into it.

I then stamped a fun holiday sentiment from Rubber Cottage.  I also added some pine needle stamping from an Inkadinkado stamp set.

Finally I added some Nuvo drops in both red and green to finish off the card.
