It is so exciting to announce the latest collection of dies and stamps from designer Joset van de Burgt over at Elizabeth Craft Designs. If you have been loving her critter dies, then hold onto your hat, because the new line is just fantastic!!!
Step One: Die cut the pieces from the new Dog House die set using 90lb Soft Finish Cardstock.
Step Two: Repeat Step one using the new Dog die set.
Step Three: Using copic markers, color the pieces of the dog. I used E31, E33, E35, E37, and E29.
Step Four: Using Kids Choice Glue, adhere the pieces of the dog die.
Step Five: Using a collection of red copics, color the dog house, dog bowl and collar. I used R35, R37, R39 and R89.
Step Six: Continue coloring the pieces and adhere them to each other using the Kids Choice Glue. (How cute, by the way, are these sets???)
Step Seven: Trim a piece of Soft Sky Soft Finish Cardstock to 6×12 inches, then score and fold the cardstock to create a 6×6 inch card frame. Also die cut a large Garden Notes- Frame It/Stitched Squares in White Soft Finish Cardstock to frame the entire card.
Step Eight: To enhance the background of the card, die cut the pieces of the Adventure Edges die set using White Soft Finish Cardstock, True Green Soft Finish Cardstock, and Spring Green Soft Finish Cardstock.
Step Nine: Using copic markers, enhance the details of the Adventure Edges pieces. Layer and adhere the pieces to each other.
Step Ten: Adhere all the pieces to the card frame using both 6mm Clear Double Sided Adhesive and Kids Choice Glue. Add the Frame It/Stitched Frame around the card using some three dimensional tape.
Step Eleven: Add a sentiment to card from the new Furrever Friends sentiment stamp set.
For all you dog lovers out there, these two new die sets and the new sentiment set are going to be a must! Not a dog person, then you are in luck because there is also a new Cats die set too!!!
Make sure you pop over to Elizabeth Craft Designs and see the whole new line! Trust me, keeping these in stock is going to be a challenge. Until then, happy crafting.
