It is time for a new theme challenge over at Cupcake Inspiration Challenge.  This week we are celebrating the start of pool and beach season with a fun Mermaids theme.

Our sponsor this week is Bugaboo Stamps who has generously offering a $12 gift card to the shop for one random participant for this challenge.Today I am playing with the Deacon Merman digital stamp from Bugaboo  for this week’s challenge, because lets be honest…mermen are mermaids too.

I pulled out my copic marker to color up this image and really tried to create a fun interesting background for the card.  I think I almost got there…

I also add some stamping and a sentiment from a Gina K stamp set, which I really felt added to that ocean feel.
