Happy New Year!  The first challenge of 2019 is up over at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.  Since it is the first Saturday of the month it is a sketch challenge, with lots of fun layers.

I pulled out some glittered paper and black cardstock and layered them together to mimic the sketch.

Then using a deer head stamp and die set I have from Recollections, I heat embossed the image onto some black cardstock using some silver embossing powder.

I thought the sentiment was perfect for the first holiday card of the year.  I know many people think I am crazy for making holiday cards year round, but, I don’t have lots of work to do in December so it saves me the headache and stress.
