There is a new theme challenge up over at Cupcake Inspirations Challenge.  The new challenge is designed in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, so the theme is Love!

This week we are sponsored by DRS Designs who is generously providing a prize for one random participant.  DRS Designs was also generous enough to provide the Sweeties with some stamps to play with, and I got to use Love Bug stamp and Loved You Yesterday sentiment stamp.

I went with a clean and simple design for today’s card, simply stamping out the lady bug and the sentiment onto some white card stock.  The Lady bug got a quick coloring with some copic markers.

Then to help punch the sentiment up, I traced over it with my glitter gel pen.  I love the show that they pen added to the words.

The card got trimmed down and matted with black cardstock.  Finally, a couple of pink jewel drops were added to the card.
