I started with an older Dina Wakley Media stamp set. These three girls seem to have something so special about them, but yet, some how could easily be overlooked. I stamped them out using copic friendly ink onto some heavy duty cardstock.
I colored the images using my copics, making certain to put each lady in a bold and bright eye catching tone.
For each card I pulled out a stencil and a new Distress Oxide color. For my girl in orange, pulled out Crackling Campfire and a Dylusions stencil.
For the girl in purple, I used another Dylusions stencil and Kitch Flamingo Distress Oxide.
Finally for the gal in teal I pulled out, an old stencil that I no longer have the packaging for and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide.
To each of the images I add a sentiment from the Dina Wakley stamp set. I really felt each of the three sentiments was something a girl who is struggling with self esteem needs to hear.
I splattered each of the cards with some Distress Oxide Spray. I used Salvaged Patina, Picked Raspberry, and Carved Pumpkin.
Each of the images got a subtle shadow around the edges using Hickory Smoke Distress Ink. Finally each image got slightly trimmed down and added to an A2 card frame.
