Ten Extra Pounds

So after a really long pause, I am back crafting with Oddball Art. I am so happy to be back playing with these super fun, and out of the box digital stamps. Today I am going back to last season, pulling a few of my favorite holiday stamps and playing around with them.

I started by printing out Image #491 Scrooge’s Kitty and Image #492 Christmas Ice Cream Cone onto some watercolor paper that fits through my printer.

Using my Spectrum Noir AquaBlend watercolor pencils, I shaded in the images and blended them with my watercolor brushes. I also fussy cut out the images.

I also die cut out a holiday frame using a couple of retired framing dies and some printed holiday paper.

I assembled the card laying both the frame and the watercolored images. I also stamped out a starkly holiday sentiment and added it to the card frame. Additionally, I added a few liquid craft drops to add a bit more holiday cheer.

Let me know in the comments below what holiday treat is going to add ten pounds to your thighs, hips, and rear. Until then, happy crafting.

And make sure you pop over to Oddball Art and check out their full holiday line of digits stamps!
