I have a fun new project for White Rose Crafts monthly moodboard (you only have a few days to submit your project) using a few products from AALL &Create, the newest line carried by WRC.

I started by blending some Distress Oxides into cardstock into a bullseyes pattern.  I used Wilted Violet, Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide and a blending brush to create the background.

I was really inspired by Alison’s Facebook Live from like a week ago so I tried several of her techniques to create the rest of the card.  Did you catch the event?  It is not too late.  Make sure you pop over and check it out.  There were so many cool techniques used!

Using the new Cracked Walls 2 stencil from AALL & Create and some Black Soot Distress Oxide.  I also distress the edges of the cardstock with a little additional Black Soot.

Using some Creative Medium Paste in Iridescent, I added more texture to the cardstock (thanks Alison for reminding me how awesome this look!).  I pressed the paste through the crackle of the stencil (love this stencil for having two very distinct looks).

I then stamped out the images from the Heart Stamp Set from AALL & Create.  Using my Nuvo Creative Pens in Cookies and Cream, Natural Browns, Rich Reds.  I then fussy cut out the images.

Using some three dimensional squares like the Dual Adhesive Mounting Pads.

I added some white Gesso to the top corner of the card, and stamped the sentiment from the stamp set onto the area.  Finally, I mounted the cardstock to an A2 card frame.
