Halloween Dress Up

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs, Xmas Friends Dress Up aI am so excited to share one of the brand new Halloween die sets from Joset over at Elizabeth Craft Designs.  I just love that all the critters dies can now get dressed up for Halloween using the new Halloween Accessories die set!

For my project today I thought I would pull out two Christmas critters and let them get into the ghouls and ghosts of the season, because lets be honest, Christmas critters should get to dress up too!

IMG_7092I started by die cutting both the Penguin and Polar Bear die sets out of 90lb Soft Finish Cardstock.  I then colored up the pieces with my copics.  I used a combination of W00, W1, W3, C5, C7, and C9 for the grays and YR61, YR15 and YR68 for the oranges.

IMG_7094I then die cut the witch accessories and colored them up.  I used the same orange and gray copics as I did in the critters, plus some YG21, YG23, YG25 for the green tones.  I also used a combination of E41, E43, E44, and E47 for the brown tones.

IMG_7095I repeated the same sets, but using the pirate accessories instead.

IMG_7096I added the pirate accessories to the polar bear.

IMG_7097The penguin got to wear the witch accessories.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs, Xmas Friends Dress Up cI hope you are as excited as I am about the new Halloween Accessories die set.  I just love that we can use our critter dies in a whole new way!

And you have to admit, these Christmas critters just look so cute!!!

Let me know in the comments below which ECD critter you would use the Halloween Accessories die set.  Until then, happy crafting.
