It is the first week of August, so that means it is time for a brand new sketch challenge over at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.

I wanted to try and create a little bit of fun this week, and us not only some silly holiday cheers, but an unusual color for my project.

I pulled out some pink holiday ornaments and pink holiday cardstock and created the basic shape of the sketch.  Then using a retired Avery Elle holiday alcohol stamp set, I stamped and colored out several bottles of holiday spirits.  I colored them in with my colored pencils.  And then I arranged the bottles in an interesting way.

I am not one hundred percent sure this card works.  Let me know in the comments below if you think this one is a fail or success.  And I can’t wait to see what you come up with using this sketch.  Until then, happy crafting.
