So it is really funny. Any time I sit down with Elizabeth Craft Designs products, I am diligent about take pictures of the process.
Well last night I sat down to play with the new Forest Accessories and Raccoon die set from ECD, and was so excited, that when I finished the project, I realized that I literally took no photos. I know, I know…it is annoying, but there is nothing I can do about it.
I think what threw me off in my process, is that I didn’t pull out my copics like I normally do. Instead, I pulled out my distress inks, and inked up each of the individual pieces. And I am going to be honest…I really liked how it turned out.
Below, I will list what colors I used to create each individual element.
Stump: Frayed Burlap and Vintage Photo
Bushes: Bundled Sage, Citron Twist, and Mowed Lawn
Mushroom: Old Paper, Frayed Burlap, and Abandoned Coral
Mouse: Pumice Stone and Hickory Smoke
Raccoon: Hickory Smoke, Pumice Stone and Black Soot
Background (using Earth & Sky stencil): Tumbled Glass, Antique Linen, and Frayed Burlap
Background color: Lucky Clover and Chipped Sapphire
Again, so sorry I forgot to get the process photos on this one, but I think you can figure out mostly how I created this card.
Have you seen all the new critter dies that ECD has released. Let me know in the comments below which is your favorite. Until then, Happy Crafting.
