It is the first day of the month so that means it is time for a brand new challenge over at Oddball Art!  This month they are having a super fun Glow in the Dark Day Dreams challenge.  Now every month, the challenge is really a Anything Goes event, however, how could you not want to create a project that glows in the dark.

I created my project using IMG199 Spooky Book Stack and IMG283 Pugsy Bugsy for my challenge post this month.  Frankly, Pugsy seemed like a critter who could glow, and I figured spooky books could glow.

To create the glow in the dark effect, I pulled out my copic markers (because I do not have any supplies that actually glow in the dark) and colored up around the image.  I used YG00, YG21, YG23, YG09 and G09.

I think I was almost able to get these guys to glow in the end…almost.

I really do however like the sentiment I used with the card, and will be saving this one for my husband who I think often survives these kind of meetings.
