Doggie Dies and Card

EK Gorman, White Rose Crafts, Doggie card aHey everyone!  This week over at White Rose Crafts, the team is playing with die cutting, and I thought it would be really fun to play with the Find It Trading Amy Sweet Pet Die Dogs die set and the Lawn Fawn Peekaboo Backdrop die set.

IMG_5928I started by die cutting out the backdrop frame with some Lawn Fawn Polka in the Meadow paper pack and die cutting the dogs die out of some grey cardstock.

IMG_5929I then pulled out my earth tone copic markers and colored in the doggie die cuts!

IMG_5930I decided that the card frame needed a little bit of color, so I pulled out the Kaisercraft Grunge stencil and blended some Distress Oxides in Antique LinenVintage Photo, Walnut Stain.

IMG_5931I then adhered the Lawn Fawn Backdrop die cut onto the card frame.

IMG_5932Using some liquid adhesive I adhered the dog die cuts onto the card.

EK Gorman, White Rose Crafts, Doggie card cThanks for peeking in today at my puppy project, and make certain that you pop over and check out the wide range of unique and (sometime) hard to find die collection that White Rose Crafts carries.
