Have you seen the new planner release stamps from Elizabeth Craft Designs?  They not only have some great sentiments for everyday planning, but some super cute images and sentiments.  Not only are these new stamps great for your planner, but they are perfect for card making too.  Today I pulled out the new Pure Spring sentiments and the Retro Labels Sayings to create this spring themed family card.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs Family dStep One:  Trim a piece of Spring Green Soft Finish Cardstock to 12×6 inches.  Fold and score it at 6 inches to make a 6×6 inch card.

Step Two:  Trim two 1.5 inch panels of Celadon Green cardstock.  Adhere the two panels a quarter of inch into the card using 6mm Clear Double Sided Adhesive.

Step Three:  Add silver peel off stickers lines to the edges using the Corners and Borders Straight peel off stickers in silver.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs Family eStep Four:  Using some masking papers, stamp the images from the Pure Spring stamp set onto some 90lb White Soft Finish Cardstock and some copic friendly black ink.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs Family fStep Five:  Using alcohol markers (I used copics), color the images.  Then fussy cut out the images.  Adhere the image to the bottom right corner of the card.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs Family gStep Six:  Stamp out the sentiment from the Retro Labels Sayings sentiment stamp set onto some 90lb White Soft Finish Cardstock.  Add more peel off stickers from the Corners and Borders Straight in silver.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs Family hStep Seven:  Adhere the sentiment to the card with some three dimensional tape.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs Family bStep Eight:  At this point I felt the card was missing a little something.  So I pulled out some grey ink and masking tape and stamped out the chicken wire stamp onto the card.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs Family cMake sure you check out the new planner line.  There are so many things you can do with these really fun stamps.  They are not only great for your planner, but in so many different stamping needs.
