It is time for a new sketch challenge up over on the White Rose Crafts Facebook Gallery page.  This month’s sketch will be up from the 1st of February to the 22nd, and there is a chance for you to win a WRC e-gift card.  And for fun there is an additional optional theme that you can tag onto your projects if you are feeling up to it.  We are looking at the three W’s of crafting, “Winter, Woods, and Woodland Creatures”.  For more details, pop over to blog for all the fine details.

I am playing with this month’s sketch by pulling out some papers from the Ladies and Gentlemen paper pack from Craft O’Clock.  I layered up the papers to mimic the sketch.

Then wanting to add in a bit of the W’s from the optional theme to my card, I pulled out the Lawn Fawn Believe in Yourself stamp and coordinating Believe in Yourself die set.  To knock a little of the whimsical out of the stamp I went with some no line coloring and used grays to make the jackalope a little more series.  I also stamped out the sentiment from the stamp set.
