There is a new color challenge up over at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.  This week we are looking for cards that are Silver.

I tried really hard to puke silver all over my card.  I decided to make a shaker card for this them challenge, using some silver cardstock for the base and some silver and white glitter cardstock for the frame.

I die cut the frame with an Elizabeth Craft Designs die, and stamped onto some acetate with a Concord & 9th stamp set using a little Stayz On ink.  Then I added some sequins inside to create the shaker bits.

I think in the end this ended up being a really fun card!  I can’t wait to see how you play with the silver color challenge.  Until then, Happy Crafting!
