It is the first of the month, so that means that it is time for the start of a new theme challenge over at Oddball Art.  With this month being October, it has become the most wonderful time of the year over at Oddball, with all the ghouls and ghosts springing into existence.  So Oddball thought they would up the halloween game a little with their theme this month, and celebrate the “Happy Horrors” of the month!

For my challenge project, I am using the brand new digital stamp IMG471 Happy Horrors Balloon.  I printed it out into two sections, leaving the sentiment and balloon in one, and then blowing up the skull to a larger size in the other.

Then using my copic markers, I colored in the image.  The sentiment and balloon got trimmed a little and matted onto some black cardstock.  The skull got fussy cut out.  I then added an action wobbler to the back of it to give a whole new definition to floating head.
