Did you see that Elizabeth Craft Designs has done three releases in three day to celebrate the upcoming holiday season.  No, I am not joking…they released three different lines in three different days, and today I am sneaking in with two of the new dies from Suzanne Cannon’s A Way with Words.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs dStep One: Trim a piece of Dove Gray Soft Finish Cardstock to 12×6 inches, then score and fold to 6×6 inches.  Trim a piece of printed It Christmas Time paper to 6×6 inches.

Step Two:  Die cut the deer from the new Flourished Christmas die out of 85lb White Soft Finish Cardstock and Rich Black Soft Finish Cardstock.  Pounce a little Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide onto the Deer.  Using Kids Choice Glue, adhere the colored deer over the die cut black deer, leaving a hint of a shadow.

Step Three:  Die cut the sentiment from the new Merry Christmas-Small die set out of 85lb White Soft Finish Cardstock and Rich Black Soft Finish Cardstock.  Add Fired Brick Distress Oxide over the sentiment.  Using Kids Choice Glue, adhere the red sentiment over the die cut black sentiment, leaving a hint of a shadow.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs iStep Four:  Trim a piece of Forest Green Soft Finish Cardstock to 6×6 inches.  Die cut the paper using Garden Notes-Frame It/Stitched Ovals die set.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs jStep Five:  Using 6mm Clear Double Sided Adhesive, adhere the printed paper to the gray card frame.  Then adhere the die cut green cardstock to the printed paper.  Using Kids Choice Glue, adhere the sentiment and the deer to the card.

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs bStep Six:  Using dark green ink, stamp the green paper with the Holly Flourish Red Rubber stamp multiple times.  Add a hit of shadows over the leaves with some W3 copic marker.  Add Autumn Red Nuvo drops to the berry section of the stamps.
