It is the first day of September, so that means it is time for the start of a new challenge over at Oddball Art.  This month’s theme is Naughty Gnomes!  And did you know that if you play along using an Oddball Art digi, and somehow include this month’s theme you could end up winning more digital stamps…so if you needed an excuse, FREE STUFF…your welcome!

To get this challenge started, I pulled out the new Gnome digi, IMG463 Ol’ Gnome Love.  I printed out the digi, trimmed it up, and then started adding Tattered Rose and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxides onto the paper using the distress blotting technique.

Then using my copic markers, I colored over the gnomes, letting the distress oxides sep through where it crossed onto the images.

I ended up adding some frayed burlap along the edges and matted the image.  I added a fun piece of printed cardstock and some pink bubbles to finish off the card.
