There is a new challenge up over at Kitty Bee Designs bi weekly challenge group Aloha Friday Challenge.

This week’s challenge is an Anything Goes Challenge, with the optional theme of ‘Animals’.

This challenge is sponsored by Limited Run and Sparkle and Sprinkle, both of whom are offering a generous prize to random participants.

Today I am playing with a digital stamp Jefferson Birds digital stamp from Sparkle and Sprinkle.  I new from the beginning, that I wanted this friendly little flamingo to sit inside a card filled with water effects, so I pulled out my alcohol ink to create the background.

Then I printed out the digital stamp and colored it in using my spectrum noir colored pencils.  I fussy cut out the image, and after laying down a die cut frame, adhered the flamingo to the card.

Finally, I added the sentiment matted in some pink cardstock to finish off the card.
