There is a new challenge launching today over at Cupcake Inspirations Challenge.  This week the challenge is a color challenge, featuring the tones white, black and yellow.

I am playing around this week with the digital stamp Cow Barely Over the Moon from Kitty Bee Designs.

I have been playing around lately with my watercolor pencils and my tombow blender pen.  Today I am using my inktense pencils and the blender.  I feel it makes a sort of gorgeous effect.  I blended the background with some black soot distress ink to get the card the gloomy night sky feel.

I added the sentiment from a The Ink Road stamp pack, and it is one of my favorite phrases from the old show Friends…the moment I saw it on a stamp set, I sort of HAD to have it.  When I saw the cow hanging off the moon, I knew that I had to add the sentiment to it.
