There is a new challenge up over at Kitty Bee Designs bi weekly challenge Aloha Friday.  This new challenge is a color challenge, in which you need to pick two of the swatched colors below.

This week I choose to play with this Sunflower Bestie from My Besties.

I colored the image up using my prismacolor colored pencils, choosing to focus on the orange, burnt siena brown and green tones from the inspiration photos.

I trimmed up the focal image and matted it with some brown cardstock.  Then I pulled out some fall leaf paper and trimmed it up and matted it with orange cardstock.  I die cut a ‘thanks’ die from Craftin Desert Divas and added a few sequins and a touch to Glossy accents to the die cut.
