I am sneaking back in today to share another one of the new Craftin Desert Divas June Stamp and Die Release Event stamps. This morning I am showing off the new Dino Dig stamp set.
I am seriously loving this new stamp set since it combines two of my favorite things, one snarky sentiments and images meant for men (or boys). This Dino set is totally guy friendly, thus seriously exciting me.
I stamped out the two images and the sentiment onto some of my favorite card stock. I then pulled my copics out and colored in the dinosaurs and created a bit of a ground for them. Then I did something different for me. I pulled out a watercolor marker since I am still crafting on the move (I swear in two days I get my home goods back and I will start the process of making our new house a home. Then I will be back to my normal crafting self), and didn’t have a pale ink color. I rubbed on some of the ink and stamped the bones of the two different size dinosaurs out, not caring if the image was perfect. I masked where I needed to so the main dinos weren’t affect, but totally loved the effect!
