The Craftin Desert Divas June Stamps and Dies Release is finally available. If you missed any of the sneak peaks this week, then I will be here over the next two days to catch you up on what you missed!
Up first today is one more peak at Western Bandits, a whole new look for CDD, but an incredibly fun one. I adore the masculine feel of these stamps, making it so much easier to craft for our men.
In this design I stamped out the dangerous snake and colored him in with my copics. Now, here is the interesting story behind this card. I thought I had packed (because I am still believe it or not, in the final throws of our cross country move) a certain stamp pack, but alas it was not in my stash. I had had this plan for this image from the beginning sticking several cacti behind the villain…but without my stamp pack that was never going to happen. But I have been playing with some new adhesive lately (or at lease new to me), and thought, why not. So I started gluing a whole bunch of the new sequin pack mix Carnie.
I did have to, however out line my snake friend one more time to keep him from getting lost in the mix of sequins, however, love how it turned out in the end.
