Craftin Desert Divas March Release Event

It is finally Release Day over at Craftin Desert Divas.  All the new dies and stamp sets are now available for purchase…and if it is anything like last time, I would hurry over before the first round of stock sales out (and yes this happened with the last release).

I am here showing off another two cards featuring new stamp sets, Norse Warriors and Happy Trails.

For the Viking card featuring both warriors and their ship, I used copics markers to create the scene.  I trimmed the image down and added it to an A2 frame.

For my second card, using the police man and vehicle from the new Happy Trails stamp set, I colored it in with my copics and die cut out the image with my Mix It Up Dies.  I then die cut out a piece of star printed paper with the same die set.  I trimmed up a piece of grey and black printed paper, and assembled the card.  I made the sentiment out of a piece of die cut (from the Mix It Up die set) card stock and the CDD Elegant Brush Script stamp set.  Finally I added some Wedgewood Blue Nubo Crystal Drops.  (I’m going to be honest, this was my first time using this product and I didn’t think I would like, but I LOVED IT…it dries so smooth and shinny…it really was cool.)  This card will be going over to our local police station with some cookies to say thank you to them for their service.
