It is Saturday which means it is time for a new Christmas Card Throwdown.  This week we are having a theme challenge, and trust me, there is a lot of fun to be had with this challenge.  The theme this week is drinks.

I decided to have way too much fun with this theme.  I have certain friends I always send slightly tacky or funny christmas cards too, so I went with it today.  I pulled up a JJ bugaboo digital stamp and printed it out.  I colored the image in with my copics, sticking to a heavy three color themed.  I then backed the digital image with some dark red card stock.

Next I pulled out some white card stock and proceeded to stamp repeatedly a martini glass from a Paper Smooches and then colored them in with the red, green and gold theme.  I stamped out a sentiment from the Paper Smooches stamp pack and found a christmas sentiment from a Hero Arts stamp pack.  I pulled out my white gel pen and gave the glasses a bit of a reflection.  Finally I adhered the JJ digi to the martini glass, and adhered everything to a A2 red card.
