It is Sunday, which means we are at the start of another Cupcake Inspirations challenge.  This week the design team is hosting a theme challenge, and the theme is (drum roll please) Tropical.  And can I just say, I really want one of these cupcakes in the photo.  Cupcake plus cookies with frosting, yes please.

As for me, I pulled out two different stamp sets from Your Next Stamp, Vacation Phoebe and Zero Calories, to assemble my tropical themed card.  Taking the tropical drink from Zero Calories stamp set I stamped it out using Memento Ink.  I also stamp the image out onto a bit of Post It tape and masked the image.  Then taking the pineapple from Vacation Phoebe stamp set, I stamped it out several times as well (masking it where I needed too).  I colored the whole thing in using my copics.  Finally using a sentiment from the Zero Calories stamp pack I stamped out the sentiment.  I then pulled out some papers (kraft and yellow card stock) and trimmed them up and adhered them to a bit of cream card stock.  Yes, I know this (for me) is a pretty simple card, but when you say tropical, I think cocktails with little bits of pineapple inside of it.
