There is a new challenge up over at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.  This week the challenge is a theme challenge featuring ‘Stars’!

I pulled out an older Paper Smooches stamp set that I have always loved and heat embossed some clear embossing powered onto some watercolor paper.  Then I blended a bunch of Distress Oxides onto the paper including Faded Jeans, Blueprint Sketch, Wilted Violet, Seedless Preserves, Hickory Smoke and Black Soot.

Then I created some more stars with splashed water droplets, white acrylic splashes, and some shinny relfective spray splashes.  Then I added some Sparkle Blend sequins for the sky.
