It is time for the second challenge for the month of March over at Christmas Card Throwdown.  For this challenge we are hosting a color challenge looking for a christmas design featuring the colors burgundy, lime and cream.

I decided to go with a somewhat snarky Christmas card (my personal favorites), so I printed out a christmas fairy from Bugaboo and colored her in with my copics.  I went with R89, R56, R85, and R83 for the burgundy, YG03, YG06, YG09 for the lime and E50, E51, and E53 for the cream.

I decided to stamp my sentiment below the image, using a Riley & Company Funny Bones stamp to do it.  I pulled out some textured lime green card stock and trimmed it down, and added it to an A2 card frame.  Finally I grabbed my glitter pen and highlighted all the little starts and shape lines around the image.
