Hello crafty friends…I am back to share another sneak peak for the upcoming Craftin Desert Divas April Release. Today I am sharing one of the new stamp sets, Fairytale Dreams.
There are several great ‘princesses’ on this stamp set, but today, I am featuring just one of them…my youngest’s favorite.
I stamped out the Mulan like image, along with her trusty companions Mushu and
Cri-Kee. I colored them all in with my copics creating some lovely grass under the characters. I die cut out the images using Stitched in Circle Dies. I then die cut out a larger circle from a piece of white card stock. Like a crazy person (because let’s be honest, I am usually not very good at shaker cards), I adhered some acetate to the back of the larger die cut circle and added some dimensional tape behind it. Then I added some of the new sequins, Arizona Skies. I wanted to add some more ‘green’, so I die cut some grass with the Outdoor Landscape Dies in two different shades of green card stock. I also die cut two wreath out from the Stitched in Circle Dies using the same two sheets of green card stock, and cut them both in half. I then die cut out a sentiment from the new Fairytale Dream stamp pack using the Mix It Up dies. Finally, I assembled everything together!
