Welcome back to the 400th challenge birthday Celebration!!!!!  For those of you who missed the challenge guidelines this week, we are looking for Birthday Cards inspired by one of the 399 pervious CIC challenges.  Looking for a challenge to inspire you, then jump on over to CIC Pinterest page.

Today we are spotlighting one of our birthday celebration sponsors, STAMPlorations who is offering a $20 gift certificate to one random participant!

Today, I am using the Gift Row stamp from STAMPlorations.  I was inspired by challenge #243 sparkle for today’s card.

I stamped it out image in some black archival ink onto some watercolor paper.  Then I colored in the gifts using my Daniel Smith Primatek watercolors.  I added some Stickles in Crystal to all the bows to give it that sparkle.  Then using a clear Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen I added a whole bunch more subtle glitter.  I stamped on a generic Happy Birthday sentiment.

I trimmed up the water color paper and masked the image in black card stock.  Finally I added some black and silver sparkle paper behind everything.
