Christmas In July with ECD

EK Gorman, Elizabeth Craft Designs, July Group Project dSo a bunch of us are getting together today to celebrate Christmas, you know in July, over at Elizabeth Craft Designs.  I thought i might be fun to take some of the new critter dies and create some gift holiday gift tags.

IMG_6754Step One: Die cut the some True Green Soft Finish Cardstock with the new Diagonal Stitched Fishtails die three times.

IMG_6755Step Two:  Using a 1/8 inch hole punch, add a hold to the top of each tag.

IMG_6758Step Three:  Die cut the new Raccoon die set using some 90lb White Soft Finish Cardstock.

IMG_6759Step Four:  Using alcohol markers, color the die cut pieces.

IMG_6760Step Five:  Using some Kids Choice Glue, adhere the die cut pieces together.

IMG_6756Step Six:  Repeat steps 3-5 using the new Winter Bird die set.

IMG_6761Step Seven:  Repeat steps 3-5 again using the new Fox die set.

IMG_6762Step Eight:  Adhere the critters to the bottoms of each gift tag.

IMG_6763Step Nine:  Using the new Joyful Wishes sentiment stamp set, add sentiments to each of the three gift tags.  I like how the stamp set has both Christmas and generic holiday sentiments.

IMG_6764Step Ten:  Add some snowflakes stamps from the Joyful Wishes stamp set to each tag.  Finally, add some ribbon to each tag to finish off each look.
