There is a brand new challenge up over at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.  This week it is a theme challenge focusing on Non-Traditional Images.

I really tried to go outside of the box with this one, so bare with me as I really experiment with my Christmas card.

I stamped out a Concord & 9th ice cream image onto some cardstock.  I tried to color it up with some holiday colors so it would appear Christmas like.  I also picked ice cream flavors that might also be real, such as butterscotch, mint chocolate chip and cherry garcia.  I added some Nuvo drops in brown onto the green ice cream, and some clear Nuvo onto the cherry to make it shiny.

Then using a turnabout stamp from Concord & 9th sprinkle stamp set and stamped red and green sprinkles onto my card frame.

Finally, I stamped a sentiment from the ice cream stamp set and another one from a Concord & 9th holiday stamp set.
