Have you played yet with the current challenge happening over at Christmas Card Throwdown?  If you haven’t, you still have time.  The current challenge is a stash challenge and the perfect opportunity to use some of those gems, pearls or sequins you have been hoarding.

For me, it is always sequins that are hiding and unused in my craft drawers.  I love the idea of sequins, but I don’t really make shaker cards, so when you only use 3 or 5 per time you glue some on, you tend to have tons of sequins (because lets be honest, you have to have sequins in all the colors!).

I am still crafting on the move, so I am sort of limited in the images I have on hand to play with.  I however, did have this great digital stamp, Elephant Christmas Tree, from Bugaboo Stamps.  I pulled out my copics and colored in the sweet little holiday scene.  Then using a few red sequins, I decorated the tree.  I trimmed down the image and added a bit of green textured card stock.
