There is a new challenge up over at Cupcake Inspirations.  It is a color challenge this week and the colors are pale yellow, red, and green!…  There are so many different styles of cards you can complete with this color combination.

I will admit honestly, I struggled a little with this combination.  I tried stamping out images, or stripes…and everything just cam up short.  Finally, I just decided to focus on just one color.  I decided to focus on yellow.  And then I was able to got forward with a design.

I pulled out a retired stamp set from Newton’s Nooks.  I decided (which I know is rare for me) to go with a Clean and Simple design.  I stamped out three of the cheese images and two of the sentiments for my card.

I pulled out my copic markers and colored in the image.  The cheese yellow as done with Y00, YR21, and Y35.  The red tones were done with R14, R46, and R89.  The greens were done with YG91, YG95, and and YG97.

I trimmed the image and added a bit of red card stock to finish everything off!
